HERE AND NOW - "Do Life"
The Here and Now Project's mission is to connect and empower the spinal cord injury and mobility disability community in the Pacific Northwest. Through direct hospital outreach, monthly social groups, community activities and larger annual gatherings, we have built a fellowship who encourage and inspire each other to “Do Life” in the here and now.

At the Here and Now Project, we understand that a mobility disability can be a serious detour in life, but it doesn’t have to be a roadblock. The interchange of experience with others in similar circumstances provides strength and hope as we build more enhanced, accessible, and independent lives.
